  How many of us are 'perfectionists'?

  i made a medium level mistake at work today, and when i make mistakes it really shakes me up and takes me a long time to recover.

  it completely rattles me, makes me feel awful about myself.

  my mind keeps going back to the mistake reliving how i could have let it happen.

  That describes me too Faye. I've been clinically diagnosed as having OCPD. I too relive things from my youth decades ago.

  I think it's a neurological issue with most people. Our brains are simply different.

  How to deal with anxiety?

  lately my mental health has been rapidly declining.

  i have anorexia and deppression, and my anxiety has become overwhelming.

  i have been to many doctors/therapists in the past, but because i have not been magically cured my parents dont want to get me any more help.

  Black Wolf, you might want to go to a mental health clinic and ask them if there's anything they can do for you in spite of your being 16 years old and without involving your parents. You might have rights you don't know about.

  I'd hate to go against the grain here but things will get worse in the upcoming decades. It doesn't matter how much the JWs would gloat about that since nothing that they predict about the end will ever come to pass. No matter how much misery the world will suffer, nothing like the UN overthrow of "Babylon the Great" or "Armageddon" will occur.

  the thought suddenly struck me plain and obvious: "these dogs won't stop until i'm good and bloody.".

  there were two of them; a mixed breed of boxer and pit bull; clean, white--collared, tagged and--for some inexplicable reason, ferociously intent on tearing me to shreds!.

  Do prepare to sue him Terry. As Finkelstein mentioned I'm sure some lawyers would likely take up your case without any upfront costs, just a percentage of the award. Even a mediocre lawyer can help you out. Don't worry about the merits of your case, that's up to an attorney to decide.

  Sounds like an open and shut case which should not see any extended court actions just a quick settlement.

  PS: Take pictures of your wounds and get a copy of any hospital records.
